Energy Saving Conveyor Belt Vulcanizing Machine 2000 × 150 mm Platen

 

 

Product Introduction

 

The PVC(PU) belt jointing machine body is made of aluminium alloy material. This press is ideal for

 

splicing thermoplastic PVC, PU belts. It is equipped with an external control box and a water-pump.

 

The water pump is used for pumping water into water tank to make a water cycle to cool the machine.


The air-pump is used to provide sufficient pressure to let the belts more tightly bonded.The water cooling

 

belt jointing presses are provided with electric heating and built in water cooling.The splice process is fully

 

automated.

 

 

Advantages

 

1) It takes 20 minutes to heat up to 200,and takes 3 minutes to cool down to 60.The horizontal

 

    direction temperature error below2,completely meets the requirement of the belt joint;

 

2) Balloon adding pressure:0-3.0kg adjustable;

 

3) Intelligent digital display control:automatic heating,automatic temperature control,automatically cut off

 

    power supply;

 

4) Pump water pump,use conveniently;

 

5) Two mached stainless platen,the beams are firm,durable and no distortion.
