Fully Automatic Vertical Vibration Concrete Pipe Machinery could make pipes with socket joint; male & female joint; flat joint; bell & spigot joint; and also F shape joint. Workng principle
The vibrator that embedded in the internal model can generate high frequency vibration force by high-speed rotation ,affect to the vibrating ring through the internal model,the trasfer to the externl mold ,the vibration force of internal and external mold makes the concrete molding compaction ,then forming the perfect concrete pipe.

High automation, with 360 degree automatic concrete feeding system, the vibrator core rod is Variable frequency controlled, the exciting force will be adjustable to satisfy different diameter and length pipe production. The hydraulic system provide enough power to the plant, and the oil cooling system, and lubricating system promise the longer running life.
5. Multifunctional, besides the reinforced concrete pipes, this machine is also capable to make the Steel jacking pipes, Lined pvc pipes, Box culverts, and Manholes.
