CN-8KW-F1 is the typical High Frequency Welding Machine which is designed and made
for making Tents ,Military Tents , Military Cover , Tensile Membrane Construction and
many application related to tarpaulin or PVC &PU coated fabric
Main Application :Applied for Inflatable Tent , tarpaulin, sunshade,canvas,painting canvas,
film curtain and relatives for automatic stepping welding and connecting.

The equipment is a set automatic stationary welding machine, input the workpiece materials in the working position automatically to weld .

Normally, for 5kw machine, it can weld 700mm. For 8kw machine, it can weld 1000mm, and for 12kw machine, it can weld 1300mm. So different requirements decide the different output power.

What is H.F/RF welding?

High frequency welding is the joining of material by supplying H.F energy in the form of an electromagnetic field (27.12 MHz) and pressure to the material surfaces to be joined. A generator produces the energy. The tool used to supply the energy is called an electrode. The electrical energy causes the molecules within the material to start moving, which generates heat that causes the material to soften and thereby fuse together. No outside heat is applied. It is instead generated within the material. After cooling the welded surface under maintained pressure, the material is fused and a weld has been created. The weld seam can be at least as strong as the surrounding material or even stronger.
Four important factors that affect the final weld result are pressure, welding effect, welding time and cooling time. These parameters can be adjusted and combined in different ways to achieve the optimal welding result for a specific material.
The material most commonly used with HF welding is PVC (polyvinyl chloride), sometimes called vinyl and PU (Polyurethane). The material can be thick or thin, reinforced or coated. It can also be plain, coloured or patterned.

Usage
1) Immobilise both ends of each poster surface with something such as stick belt or clamp, and leave about 30-40mm wide overlap edge on each poster surface edge;
2) Turn on the machine, prepare warm up about 2 minutes;
3) Bring up the machine, and place the roll at the end of the overlap edge;
4) According to quality and thickness of the poster surface material, consider the ground circumstance, adjust the proper temperature and speed, handle the Fuse machine Gun down and insert it between the two poster banner edges, then the Machine start running, after go pass the overlap edge, the two pieces of banners will be well joined in one.
