1st. Q: How can I get the samples?
A: We are honored to offer you as a small quantity of free samples, but clients are expected to pay the shipping cost.
2nd. Q: What's your payment term?
A: Usually 30% T/T deposit, then 70% T/T balance upon receipt of B/L copy.
3rd. Q: How does your company control quality?
A-1: Experienced workers carefully check every step throughout the whole production process.
A-2: We do have a QC team, who will be exclusively in charge of quality inspection from raw materials to finished goods.
4th. Q: What is your proofing period and cost?
A: For single item, proofing period is 7 days. As for samples, we could offer free samples, but the shipping cost should be paid by clients. However, if there's a further order, we will refund that amount to you.
