The Carcass Materials Our Clients Usually Use:
MFC MDF Plywood
The carcass materials we import from Europe/Australia are double side warm white MFC/MDF, and plywood mostly for America and Canada. Plywood can be white or the same color as the door panel.
Hardware:

Most of our clients will use BLUM hardware. 30% of the hardware we use is Chinese brand, the quality has reached the standard with a much better price. The rest of the hardware brands we use are Hettich, DTC and Mapla. We have been cooperating with our hardware suppliers since 15years ago, so we can provide a competitive price to our clients.
Counter Top:

We help our clients with their drawing and dimensions of their counter top and our clients give them to the Processing. This can prevent errors’ happening.
Lacquer Finishing
We use high quality, high density MDF, 25$ per piece, PE hard base. The inferior one is 17$ per piece processed by painting 3 times.
Specific process of high gloss paint: The first thing you need to do is to clean and sand the panel. Then paint primer and wait till dried. Brush a coat of oil-based paint. Repeat the step and do 3 times coat of paint. The next step is to paint the color on the surface and then second time varnish the paint. After 2 times surface paint, repair and polish. Once they are completely dried, they are ready for use.
