Electrical system adopts the programmable controller bus (PLC) to control the production of blocks automatically. The system installs a data device out of machine from which we can easily make and alter the time of feeding and distributing, and the numbers of vibration in accordance with materials texture. The block machine can achieve manually operation and automatically operation respectively, interlocking all parts, preventing malfunction and moving safely and reliably.
