1. What's your product guarantee period and after sales?
We offer 3 Months warranty. During this period, if the shoes come out with the problems such as unglued and rubber sole broken, we promise all the shoes will be returned at our expense.
2. Do you have products in stock?
Most of our exporting products are produced according to customer's requests, regular time within 15-45 days. We have small quantity of our shoes model in stock.
3. Can I get a free sample? If it's not free, can I get refunded when I place an order?
Customers need to pay the sample fee and freight cost. As you know, hundreds of our clients ask for samples everyday, which is a heavy burden for us. But you will get your sample fee refunded when we get your bulk order. And our regular customers do not need to pay sample fee. Samples are dispatched within 7-15 Days.
4. What's your MOQ? Does other color available?
In view of our first cooperation, we accept 300 pairs per model per color as MOQ. You can choose other colors according to the the color swatch.
