3. Q: How can I get some samples?
A: We are honored to offer you samples. The sample will be provided you within 7 days once the sample fee is received.
4. Q: How does your factory do regarding quality control?
A: Quality is priority. We always attach great importance to quality controlling from the very beginning to the very end. All the supplied material are checked carefully before accepted, and we have QC on production line to inspect TV, after there is aging test, later QA random inspection and fullly test the TV. Before shipment there is an another random check.
5. Q: How about the warranty?
A: Our warranty is 1 year.
National Three guarantees terms:
The “National Three Guarantees" shall be void in the following cases:
(1) The “Three Guarantees” period expires.
(2) The damage (like broken circuit board / casing caused by improper transportation, drop or strike, scratched, crushed or broken LCD screen, deformed LCD shadow mask, etc.) is caused by failure to follow the User Manual to use, protect or store the LCD products.
(3) The LCD product is dismantled and damaged by the repair person without “Three Guarantees” authorization.
(4) You fail to show the effective document for “Three Guarantees” or effective invoice (unless the LCD product is certified to fall within the “Three Guarantees” period).
(5) The document for “Three Guarantees” is altered without permission.
(6) The model No. Or product code specified in the document for “Three Guarantees” does not conform to the actual product.
(7) The damaged is caused by pirated software.
(8) The damage is caused by a virus.
(9) You can not provide the factory name, factory address, production date, or Certificate.
