Bulk payment terms: 30% deposit in advance by T/T , 70% paid before shipment.
Packing: By carton box or color box with polyfoam and plastic bags inside. For sample TV , the wooden box will be used.
Delivery time: sample is 7 days , and 30days for bulk goods.
Shipping: by sea or by air . Sample by express to your door directly.
Services term:
We shall guarantee the delivered tv is in conformity to the requirements of quantity, specifications, type and tv descriptions etc as described in article and meet the quality criterion of original place and the place customer is incorporated.
We promised to provide lifelong maintenance for the products it sold to customer and ours is obliged to assist customer to settle the technical difficulties or malfunction in the use and installation of the tv.
Factory shall provide one year quality guarantee period for the TV it sold to customer , except the human damage. And such guarantee period shall commence from the delivery date.
With the quality guarantee period, customer only has to pay for the shipment of TV or other parts needed reparation or replacement from customer to factory, and factory will be responsible for other expenses arising out of such reparation or replacement.Including but not limited to the cost of new parts and shipment of tv or parts from factory to customer. After the quality guarantee period expires, the factory only undertakes technical support, all the possible charges cuased should be paid by the customer.
