Regarding the tv problem :
1. There is no picture and sound , why?
-- Make sure the power cord is properly connected.
-- Make sure the input mode is set correctly.
-- Make sure the main power switch has been turned on.
2. Why there is no picture?
- Make sure the contrast / brightness is properly adjusted.
- Make sure all external are connected properly.
3. There is no sound.
-- Make sure the volume is not set to minimum.
-- Make sure the sound is not set to mute.
4. There is no picture or sound , just noise, what should i do?
-- The reception signal in the current location may be weak.
-- Make sure the aerial is not disconnected.
