Production Process
* Laser cut the high quality acrylic panel as the letter face;
* Laser cut Metal as the lettering frame, then bend and weld the return;
* The stainless steel or Aluminum frame can be brushed or glossy;
* Power coated the return or surface to the color you like;
* Use long life LED light (CE and RoHS certification, over 50.000 hours guarantee)
inside the letter sign;
* Connect the electricity, then the whole set of letter sign will bright;
