We go to great efforts to pack palettes so that they arrive to you undamaged. It is out of our control how your package is handled once it leaves us. We ask that you take great care when opening palettes.
Despite the careful wrapping that takes place with the palettes, some palettes will still be damaged during transportation. We road tested 100 palettes and all arrived in perfect conditon, therefore as the palettes are very affordable, we cannot replace every palette for minor damage. Here are a few tips as to what you can do:
Take a few drops of medicinal alcohol
Flatten the powder compact with a little pressure
Leave it for one day, and the alcohol will be evaporated completely, the item will be as new.
