Adopts forcing type 1000L capacity JS1000 mixer, 1600L capacity batching plant, 80t/h screw conveyor, the theoretical output of HZS60 concrete mixing plant is 60 cbm per hour. Maximum aggregate diameter is 80mm, aggregate silo capacity is 51 cbm, cement weighing range and precision is 0-900kg, ±2%. Additive weighing range and precision is 0-20kg, ±1%, aggregate weighing range and precision is 0-3000kg, ±2%. With advantages of small floor area needed, easy maintainence, high performance independent control room, easy and reliable operation, accurate batching, high quality concrete. Loading system and awaiting silo are equipped with cleaning device. Overhaul aisle is also equipped for convenient and timely cleaning and inspection.
