APPLICATION
DW5070 Textile Material Downproof Tester adopt rubbing method to test puncture resistance performance for winter clothes, quilt lining which fill with fiber or feather or both, by counting the number of materials drilled through the fabric.

FEATURES:
l With transparent plexiglass security cover ,protect the operator and easy to observe testing process;
2 Two clamps: one is fixed, and the other is fastened to a wheel which enables clamp to rotate in an ellipse-like path to rub the testing sample;
3 LED display and the counter can be preset;
4 Automatically stopped by the counter after 2700 revolutions (about 20minutes).
