Our company, equipped with a CNC triaxial system of FANUC and a precision rack production line composed of professional gear cutters and general machine tools, produces metric M1-M8 racks, CP and DP British system racks. The maximum length of the rack that can be processed at one time is 2 m. As one of the large rack manufacturers in China, we implement a strict quality control system, adopt projectors, hardness testers, coating thickness gauges and many other measuring instruments and inspection tools during production, and produce high quality products with many years of experience and expertise.
