Operating Principle:
Symons Spring cone crusher consists of frame, transmission device, eccentric sleeve, mainshaft, bowl-shaped bearing, crushing cone, springs and hydraulic pressure station for adjusting discharge opening. During operation, the motor drives the eccentric sleeve do gyrate cycle through the countershaft and a pair of gear and pinion. The shaft axis of crushing cone swings with the force of eccentric sleeve, which makes the surface of mantle liner close to the bowl liner from time to time. In this way, the ores and rocks will be pressed, crooked and crushed.
