Operating Duty:
1. The operators should be familiar with the safety operation rules of the equipment.
2. The operators should be familiar with the condition of the screen and adopt appropriate measures when abnormalities occur.
3. Make the following preparations before starting:
①Read the work record to solve the problems left from the last shift.
②Examine whether there are stones between the screen and strake funnel effecting the normal operation.
③Examine whether all the fasteners are firm or not and whether the screen mesh is broken.
④Examine whether the grease is added into the bearing of the vibration exciter regularly.
4. Make the following examination during the operation:
①Once abnormalities occur, the users should stop the machine and confirm the causes. Restart the machine when all the problems are solved.
②Examine whether the temperature of the vibration exciter is appropriate.
③Examine whether there is abnormal noise during the operation.
Feed the material evenly. The material should pass through the screen mesh stably and evenly.
④The operators shouldn't continue to feed material after the machine is stopped or stop the machine when there are materials in it.
5. Clean the blockade in the screen mesh and the surrounding when the work is finished.
6. Add grease every week.
The bearing of the vibration exciter uses EL-3 lithium base grease. It is required that 50% of the space should be filled.
7. Clean the bearing of the vibration on the machine every three to six month and Clean it out of the machine every year. When cleaning on the machine, add the coal oil or gasoline into the oil way, clean the dirty grease and then fill into clean grease.
8. The maintainers should examine the machine weekly or monthly:
① Content of daily examination
② Examine whether there are cracks on the side plate.
③ Examine whether there are cracks on the crossbeam and the armed beam.
