Sseismic shot hole truck mounted drilling rig

Our drilling rigs are made strictly according to general   industrial   design   standards and fields requirements. Optional methods will meet kinds of drilling formation in field and satisfy our clients. The most advantage is that our independent R&D department allows us to do OEM, so we will design and modify the drilling rig as per clients' requirements according to drilling field formation situation.

Features of drilling rig:

1.      The rig is mounted on a 6X4 or 6X6 off-road vehicle chassis, and the drilling power is obtained from the chassis PTO shaft directly. A combination of mechanical and hydraulic transmission, manual control and remote control operation is used. The machine has the feature of simple structure, flexible and simple operation and efficient construction ability.

2.      The rig can be used to complete well drilling with the direct circulation method in anywhere it can reach, such as the water well drilling constructions, the geological coring drilling, cement paste (water) grouting holes, monitoring holes and the blasting holes and so on. It is a powerful rig of comprehensive drilling ability.

3.      The rig is driven by PTO shaft of the chassis engine via a gear box; the air compressor is driven via a universal shaft from gear box; the mud pump and the rig are driven by hydraulic system from gear box.

4.      The mud pump is driven by the closed hydraulic system, reduce the interference of other systems, reducing the volume of hydraulic system.

5.      Two front and two rear stabilizer jacks are installed in the rig.

6.      The structure of the box mast is simple, the slide of the power swivel carriage is multi-stage adjustable.

7.      Chassis option: TieMa in Sinotruck of china, North Benz in Sinotruck of china, Volvo Truck, Man Truck.
