Features
Main performance of the TYA Lubricant Oil Filter/ Filtration Machine is as follows:
1.Reduction of water content of the oil in a single pass by 0.25-1.5%, depending on the oil inlet temperature, and the type of cooling system selected.
2.Ultimate reduction of water content through circulation of the oil through the machine to zero free water content and depression of the soluble water content to 50 PPM below saturation level.
3.Removal of soluble gases and air to 50% of the saturation level.
4.Particulate matter removal: 99% of particulates over 5 microns with interchangeable filter elements having particulate selectivity of 0.5 or 1 micron for lower viscosity oils.
5.Acid correction with Silicone Gel filter is Optional.
6.The mineral and synthetic oils with viscosity from 0-400CST when oil is 40 Celsius, can be purified, Higher viscosity up to 700CST can be handled by special TYA models on request.
