The BT600FC is a touch-screen operation transmission peristaltic pump that uses a 3.5-inch LCD screen display.It has a calibration function for precise transfer of liquids. Four work modes: transfer mode, timing model and quantitative model,timing quantitative model.

A polymerization reactor with a peristaltic pump is provided with a feed port at the upper end of the reaction vessel, and a hose joint at the top of the feed port is connected to the peristaltic pump through a hose. The other end of the peristaltic pump is connected to the catalyst tank and the hose connector at the bottom of the high tank. The monomer emulsion and the droplet acceleration of the initiator are adjusted by the peristaltic pump, which reduces the human error, thereby greatly improving the yield of the product. After the improvement, the dropping time is changed from the original 2 hours deviation up to 30 minutes.
