Description :
The temperature and pressure gauge adopts the non-tin welding new technology, which is suitable for measuring the pressure of the high temperature medium which is not corrosive to the carbon steel and the copper alloy. The measured medium is ≤ 160 ℃. High temperature pressure gauge on the basis of temperature and pressure on the installation of stainless steel isolation radiator, filled with liquid, the measured medium temperature up to ≤ 850 ℃. Mainly measure the high temperature and high pressure steam pressure, suitable for oil mining and hot industry. Tongue pressure gauge is mainly used to measure the pressure of high viscosity and easy crystallization. Mainly used for paper and other industries.

• Up to 60ºC - All pressure gauges may be used.
• Up to 100ºC - A gauge with stainless steel wetted parts must be used.
• Up to 150ºC (approx) - A gauge fitted with diaphragm seal or cooling tower must be used
• Up to 250ºC (approx) - Diaphragm Seal and Cooling Tower
At this temperature a diaphragm seal combined with a 100mm cooling tower is recommended on a stainless steel gauge. A high temperature system fill fluid is required.
• Up to 400ºC (approx) - Diaphragm Seal and Armoured Capillary
At this temperature a high temperature diaphragm seal with 2 metres of armoured capillary is recommended on a stainless steel gauge. A high temperature system fill fluid is required.
