Flotation Column
Flotation column is a new type of high efficient pneumatic flotation equipment without mechanical agitation. It works in the way of ore particles counter current contact with micro bubbles, which offers micro bubbles a chance for collecting particles. The micro bubble generation system can produce a large amount of tiny bubbles, which provides great surface area and more opportunities to impact contact with ore particles. It eliminates "short circuit" phenomenon of the useful minerals in the flotation process, and improves the flotation speed and recovery. Flotation column can offer thick and adjustable foam layer, and obtain high enrichment ratio with the cleaning effect of the cleaning water. Flotation column is often used to improve the concentrate grade. Flotation column can be used to deal with ferrous metals, nonferrous metals, and non-metallic minerals, as well as waste liquids and residues of chemical industry, paper making, environmental protection and so on, especially used in technical innovation of old mining companies and capacity expansion to achieve " greater, faster, better and more economical " .

Working principle
Flotation column adopting the micro bubble generator injects gas into the column, and produces a large number of micro bubbles; then the ore particles counter current contact with micro bubbles steadily and catch the hydrophobic mineral particles to produce froth concentrate. The height of the liquid level and thickness of the foam layer can be adjusted by level control system. The micro bubble generator can be replaced online and maintenance is convenient.
