Prefabricated building development programs have been released in 31 China's provinces so far among which 26 put forward subsidy policies. According to Minsheng Securities, the total scale of prefabricated building is about 1270.5 billion RMB in the next three years. Therefore, it is expected that the scales of 2018 to 2020 are respectively 252.1 billion, 396.1 billion and 622.3 billion yuan, with the proportion of 1.18%, 1.85% and 2.91%. Sinolink Securities also approves that it is high time for the soaring trend of prefabricated building industry. By the same token, the competitive pattern will be established quickly from 2018 to 2020.
