PTFE Graphited Packing
It is a braided packing made of PTFE yarn containing graphite particles . It is recommended for shafts for almost all chemicals. Stability and long service lift are achieved by low friction coefficient.
It has great tear strength and high thermal conductivity. This self-lubricating packing does not score the shaft and minimizes sleeve replacement cost. It can be used to seal alkalis, solvents, water, steam, acids except strong oxidizing acids(aqua regia, fuming nitric a-c-i-d, fuming sulfuric a-c-i-d, etc.) forcentrifugal pumps, autoclaves agitators, mixers, etc.
