Which is better and more effective, reflux distiller or pot distiller
Both distiller will remove the alcohol in the washing liquid or mashed liquid, so the productivity is basically the same. The reflux distiller highly refines the distillate to produce a distillate with a very high alcohol content, with almost no "characteristics" of washing liquid or mash. The reflux distiller is a necessary condition for the production of neutral spirits or vodka. The alcohol content of the distillate from the kettle is still much lower, but the degree of "characteristics" is correspondingly improved. This is important for distilleries that produce spirits such as whiskey, tequila, and rum, because in these distilleries, the final product requires the characteristics of the basic ingredients.
