sunflower seeds → magnetic box → cleaning → Husking →Cooking →Pressing→ Crude oil & Cake to extraction workshop
Main Equipments:
1. Magnetic box: remove iron impurities in the sunflower seeds.
2. Cleaning: remove dust, straw and other dirts in the sunflower seeds.
3. Husking machine: remove husk of sunflower seeds, in order to get more oil out.
4. Cooking: adjusting the moisture and temperature of the seeds, making it best state before pressing.
5. Pressing: specially designed oil press machine, oil residue is lower than 6-7%.
