Photon Antibacterial Technology:
Compared to the currently available nano-silver ion antibacterial silk on the market, our photon broadband physical antibacterial technology offers a distinct advantage. Unlike the traditional method that requires adding nano-silver ions and chemicals during the wire drawing process to achieve antibacterial effects in cosmetic brush silk, our approach eliminates the need for any chemical additives.
Instead, our process involves placing the raw materials into antibacterial equipment and subjecting them to low nuclear field particle beam irradiation for approximately 3 hours. This treatment induces a photoperiod within the materials, resulting in inherent antibacterial, mite-repelling, odor-eliminating, and antiviral properties. Importantly, this fundamental antibacterial property remains stable, long-lasting, and effective, even after undergoing 100 washes.
