Fine Welded Wire Mesh with spacings in the range of 10 mm to 25 mm square with wire - diameters of 0.5 mm to 2.0 mm is extensively used for Filtration Screens, Chemical Process Filters, Backing Mesh for Demister Pads and as reinforcement in Safety Glass. Wires are generally of Stainless Steel or Hot Dipped Galvanised.
Welded Wire Mesh generally with Hot Dipped Galvanised Wires is extensively used for fabrication of Poultry Cages and enclousers for Breeding of Chickens / Broilers. Mesh can be manufactured with spacings and wire-diameters suitably arranged to provide for convenient functionality of the Cage / Enclosure. The spacing is varied at the openings for providing of feed and for fixing of trays for collection of eggs.
Welded Wire Mesh is factory/machine produced assembly of a series of parellel longitudinal wires with accurate spacing welded to cross wires at the required spacings. The material used for the wires is generally Hard Drawn Mild Steel, Hot Dipped Galvanised Steel or Stainless Stell. The Mesh/Fabric may be further treated/coated for further protection.
