Bucket Elevator
1. Description
This DTDG series bucket elevator has the features of large capacity, higher lifting function, working steady and long lifespan, etc. And the main features and technical data are subject to the standard of Vertical Bucket Elevator. This bucket elevator adopt mixed methods or gravity ways to unload and excavating loading. This series bucket elevator is suitable for lifting materials whose pile density is under 1.5t/m3 and also easy for fetching and special design for materials lifting.

Price: USD4500 to 6000 depending on the capacity, for lifting materials from ground up to packing machine.
Work Flow: Load the materials into the hopper of packing machine. When the materials volume arrives to the height of material level, the material level indicates the packing machine to start work. Then, manually place the empty bag to the outlet body, then the weighing controller instrument will automatic deduct the self weight of the bag. Next, material level inspects that there's material in storage hopper, then the feeding system starts the fast-slow feeding procedures. When arriving to pre-set weight for fast feeding, it stops fast feeding to slow feeding. When arriving to pre-set weight for slow feeding, it stops feeding. After that, the machine will automatic check the weight if it's up to the required target weight. If it's up to standard, then unload the bag on the bag conveyor and the conveyor will transport the filled bags to the sewing machine for sewing bag top. After finishing, move the finished product for storage. The whole process is finished.

This series bucket elevator is suitable for lifting materials whose pile density is under 1.5t/m3 and also easy for fetching and special design for lifting and feeding.
DTDG series bucket elevator is a continuous lifting machine suitable for lifting granular or powder materials. Compared to other conveyors, it's with features of coving less space, better outlook, higher capacity and better sealed, etc. It adopts the international advanced technology of shaft mounted speed reducer and hydraulic coupling transmission technology, good reasonable structure, reliable transmission and good working performance.

3. Main structure and size
3.1 Main structure
The bucket elevator is composed of head part, shell, base, driven devices, bucket belt and buckets, etc. ( refer to the sample photo )
3.1.1 The head part consists of head base, head cover, main head wheels, shaft base of main head wheel shaft, sealed parts, etc. And there's inspection window in the head base for watching the materials conveying and for adjusting the block, cleaning sundries.
3.1.2 The bucket elevator base consists of base body, end wheel, end wheel shaft, shaft base, fasten device, inlet hopper, etc. The base body is made with straight forward inlet, fasten device for adjusting placements of main head wheels and end wheels, and fasten the buckets to avoid off tracking or slip. And there's material discharging outlet in the base body lower place that for cleaning remaining materials inside and cleaning sundries.
3.1.3 The shell is bent and undercut forming from good quality steel board, it's with good seal and reliable inflexibility. There're many kinds of shells including ordinary shell, checking shell, etc. And the standard shell length is 2000mm, 1800mm, 1500mm and also customized as per requirements.
3.1.4 There're many kinds of driven system too as following.
a. motor – (hydraulic coupling device ) - shaft mounted speed reducer
b. motor – (hydraulic coupling device ) - shaft mounted speed reducer - belt pulley – V belt
c. motor – (hydraulic coupling device ) – gear box speed reducer - belt pulley – V belt
d. motor - cycloid pin wheel reducer – chain wheel - chain
When the motor power is small, it could be installed at the head base. When the motor power larger than 15KW, the motor should be installed on working table or on floor to get it evenly working. And the control circuit of bucket elevator is on customer's scope. As per customers' requirements, there could be equipped with speed control device on the end wheel shaft to monitor or limit the speed.
3.1.5 Most bucket is made out of steel by punch forming, and some others by hard plastic. And the bucket belt is strong belt and the joint connected by belt bolts.
