1)Bearing Bar Specifications(mm): the specification of plain type and serrated type bearing is 60×5,55×5,50×5,45×5,40×3,35×5,35×3,32×3,25×3,20×5,25×5,20×3,75×7,65×7,60×7,55×7,50×7,50×5,44×5,38×5,32×5,22×5,20×2,25×2,50×3,30×4,40×4,60×4,70×4. the specification of I-section type is 75×7×4,65×7×4,60×7×4,55×7×4,50×7×4,50×5×3,44×5×3,38×5×3,32×5×3,25×5×3.etc.
2)Bearing Bar pitch: 15,22,25,30,32.5,34,40,50,60,80,90mm.etc.
3)Cross Bar pitch: 24-200mm,50, 70,100mm are recommended.
4) Material: Mild steel (Low carbon steel ASTM (A36) or Q235), stainless steel 304 or 316.
5)Surface treatment: Untreated, Painting , Hot dip galvanized or Lacquering.
6)Quality Standard:
Steel grating standards: CHINA: YB/4001-1998, U.S.A:ANSI/NANMM (MBG531-88),U.K: BS4592-1987.
Steel product standard: CHINA: GB700-88, U.S.A: ASTM(A36), U.K:BS4360(43A).
Hot galvanized standard: CHINA: GB/T13912, U.S.A:ASTM(A123), U.K:BS729
Application: platform, floor, walkway, fence, They widely used in steel structure platforms, stair treads, sidewalks, drainages and well covers etc.
