Sheathed by a kind of insulative but conductive material--silica gel, the electirc heating wire is made of incoloy Cr20Ni80, featuring a long life with continuous work of over1,500 hours.
(2).Good performance of heat tansfer and temperature endurance
Firmly attached to the shell of the compressor crankcase,the electric heating belt element will have a high efficiency of heat transfer while switching on the power.the working temperature ranges from -25c to 180c.
(3).Good configuration and credible electricity performance
The heating belt element fits up spring pothooks at the two ends of the heating area for easy load and unload;every heating belt element should experience a strict test of direct current resistance,immersive pressure endurance and insulation resistance to ensure quality products.
