EHV series:
- Radial type reflow soldering available
- Lifespan: 2,000 hours at 105 degree Celsius
- Available for high-density mounting
- Voltage range: 6.3 to 450V DC
- Capacitance range: 0.1 to 6,800uF
Properties:
- Temperature range: -40 to 85 degree Celsius, -40 to 105 degree Celsius (for EHV series)
- Capacitance tolerance: 20 to -20% (at 20 degree Celsius, 120Hz)
- Leakage current: 1 ≤ 0.01CV or 3uA, whichever is greater two minutes after rated voltage
- Load life: after rated voltage has been applied for 2,000 hours at 85 degree Celsius (for EHV series)
- Capacitance change: within +/-25% of initial value
- Leakage current: lesser than initial specified value
Shelf life: after storage of 500 hours at 85/105 degree Celsius, without voltage applied and being stabilized at 20 degree Celsius, capacity limit specified in load life
