Five layer co-extrusion blown film line is a multi-layer co-extrusion
blown film line that can produce 1,600mm film width with a thickness
within 0.35～0.20mm.

The line is equipped with a stacked die head, IBC (internal bubble
cooling system), sizing cage and collasper and 360o
horizontal reversing haul-off.

The line has incorporated high-tech (patented) PROFIBUS technology
for computer centralized control as well as advanced technologies
such as a pressure melt sensor, temperature sensor, automatic web
guide and automatic surface wind.

The line is made to process PA, EVOH, mLLDPE, LLDPE, LDPE, EVA and
adhesive resin materials in order to produce various multi-functional
film, especially high-barrier film with strong barrier, sealing
transparency, photophobic, retort, heat sealing and printing
performance.

Our film can be used as a plastic packing material to store various
foods, agricultural products, medical apparatus, pesticides,
chemicals, daily use articles and war industry articles.
