Polaris series is a print head with two module, four rows' nozzles and 128 nozzles in each row,
totally 512 nozzles. It solved the problem of accuracy diminution caused by heads combination

Precise print head positioning device

It has the features of easy installation, maintenance, adjustmet free, higher positioning and better sharpness

Without this device, print head installation and calibration takes longer time. Take 12 heads machince for example, 24 screws shall be adjusted.

Standardized high-voltage pulse wave
|
It exactly produces standard trapezoidal wave which is required by Spectra. And its adjustble value reaches 0.1 microsecond.

The speed changing tolerance of ink drop is too large when printing different shades of images; Bi-direction can't be aligned properly and printing quality decreases obviously when printing high speed mode. (frequency higher than 16k)

Optimized printing speed
|
Printing speed is optimized by the testing of static state (ink drop watcher) and dynamic state (printer). The ink drop speed is faster than 7m/s and wave within ±5% tolerance when printing different shades of images. Bi-direction printing counterpoint is more precise.

Producing virtual trapezoidal wave which is sensitive to temperature, and furthermore it has wider fluctuation to ink drop speed -frequency.
