G10 and FR4 are made of electrical alkali-free glass
cloth impregnated with epoxy resin by processing under
pressure and heat .G10 ,with high mechanical properties
at medium humidity and good dielectric stability at high
bumidity ,is applied to the mechanical lines ,electron
lines and electrical appliance lines .FR4 possess of
anti-fire besides the properties G10 Possess .
Characteristics
It is Class F(155℃) insulating material.
This product has higher mechanical property, water and heat
resistance, stable dielectric property after soaking.
Applications
It is used as insulating structural parts for electric
machine and apparatus equipments.
