Low noise: the high mechanization system inside the coiling heads,ensures the machine run with high speed but low noise.
Alternative embroidery type heads change: it enable to select pure flat embroidery or pure coiling embroidery automatic with high efficiency.
Independent zigzag stitch: the sewing distance(1-16mm) can be set by the operation panel through the independent zigzag device, which can be set by suitable stitch length and speed for different coiling materials to ensure the high embroidery quality.
Automatically selection of embroidery: different embroidery stitch such as taping, flat, zigzag, cording etc, can be set up through the operation panel.
Easy changing of coiling feeding devices: different type of feeding device on the coiling heads can be changed by hand very easily.
Adjustment of pin distance: in the operation panel, the pin distance can be set up easily (max, 8mm); according to different coiling materials, the lower dead point can be set up easily to max, 3mm.
Automatic stitch data creation of zigzag stitch: the types of zigzag stitches can be processed in flat embroidery stitch data, so it is easy to create zigzag stitch data.
Stitch length: 0.1—12.7mm.
