Arne Jacobsen 7 Side Chair

Series 7 Side Chair was designed by Arne Jacobsen in 1955. 

Despite its minimalist and svelte form, the Series 7 Side Chair by Arne Jacobsen is extremely comfortable due to its shell design while achieving a beauty and elegance which has made Jacobsen's first stacking chair one of his best-known designs. Although a revolutionary design, the Series 7 Side Chair was not an immediate hit when first launched by Fritz Hansen in 1955. The chair had only 3 legs and no arms! 

-The back and seat are made of one piece of laminated wood with 9 layers of molded veneer and 2 layers of cotton textile in-between.This designer chair is upholstered with real leather.
