Clear Thoroughfare Tablets

Clear Thoroughfare Tablet ( CTT) is made from pure natual herbs. It is widely used for cardiac angina of coronary heart disease with the symptoms of choking sensation in the chest, chest pain, palpitation, dizziness, insomnia, tinnitus, soreness and weakness of waist and knees. It is helpful for CHD patients living with diebetes and hyperlipemia.

[Pharmacological Action]
1. It improves the myocardial ischemia.
2. It remarkably increases the myocardial contraction power and reduces the myocardial oxygen consumption.
3. It can remarkably decrease the concentration of serum cholesteril and the level of triglyceride, increase the content of high density lipoprotein and decrease the content of lwo density lipoprotein.
4. It can inhibit the thrombosis and increase the blood flow volume of coronary arteries.

[Clinical Verification]

From May 1999 to Mar 2000, 300 patients with angina of coronary heart disease were clinically observed in Dongzhimeng Hospital of Beijing Medical University, Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Guang?anmeng Hospital of Chinese Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine, the Second Affiliated Hospital of Tianjing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Chengdu No.1 People?s Hospital. The results of these observations show that the highly effective rate is 40.0% and the total effective rate is 90.6%. The highly effective rate shown on ECG is 15.0% and the total effective rate on ECG is 53.0%. There were no obvious toxic or adverse effects found in courses of treatment.
