1.The computer control unit for this automatic wire spread machine uses the latest method of synchronous wire spread with extra high accuracy to avoid any stoppage during ultra-speed wire spread operation.
2.The super intelligent mode features self detection of errors including equipment errors,ultra-speed following and speed calibration.
3.It has the function of a vernier caliper to measure the winding width and start point.
4.During working,it allows free change of bobbin motor speed,where the winder will change synchronously.
5.After the start of bobbin motor,its acceleration time may be adjusted freely to suit the machine type.
6.It can detect any excessive speed of wire spread and automatically lower the speed to an optimum and steady level.
7.It allows to set the data for winding start point,wire size,spread width,turns,low-speed winding start,low-speed winding stop,winding speed,low-speed operation,spread direction,winding direction,both-end shutdown,automatic reset,automatic start(trigger winding).
