4)Weight: As for precision casting, we can manufacture the casting parts weighted 0.1-100KG. For water glass casting, the weight we could control is from 0.2g to 80kg. For Silica sol casting, the weight is 0.1-60kg. For lost foam casting, the weight is 0.2-100kg. For sand casting, the weight we could manage is 40-2500kg.
5)Facility: Both casting techniques I listed above, we have 4 intermediate frequency furnaces each of the capacity is from 500kg to 1000kgs.
