OPGW Double pulley replacer is specially used for hot line OPGW changing project. It can be used for changing the old earth wire into OPGW cable. The sheaves are made of high strength MC nylon or aluminum. The frame is made of galvanized steel.

2. It also can be packed in steel frame case.
