Sizing

CHEST - With your arms relaxed at your sides, measure around your chest at the armpits, over the fullest part of your chest and shoulder blades, keeping the tape horizontal.
WAIST - Measure around your waist where you normally wear your pants, keeping the tape horizontal.If your measurements fall between two sizes, choose the smaller size for a tighter fit or the larger size for a looser fit.
If you don't have a tape measure, you can use a piece of string and measure it with a ruler.
