Magnetic Coolant Separators

Applications:

Operation:
1) Provides a simple and automatic cleaning design using powerful ferrite magnet
material in the core of its drum, which is partially submerged in the liquid
2) The magnetic field passes through the coolant flow, so that all the liquid comes in
contact with the high intensity magnetic field
3) Ferrous contaminant attaches itself to the rotating durm, where it is being
continuously cleaned by a profiled scraper
4) As the filtered contaminants restrict the liquid flow, the liquid level rises and
actuates a float switch that runs the conveyor gear motor
5) Contaminant is pushed along the scraper until it falls into a bin. As the contaminant
is pushed along the scraper, it compresses and any excess liquid drains back into
the tank leaving the solids almost dry
6) Can be integrated with other purifiers to provide a very efficient filtering system
