Gas price controller's function introduction
1 General
Our company's gas price controllers system are all successfully self-developed by our technical engineers ,has been widely used in domestic and international gas stations. These systems can control all of the 8inches PCB board, the '8' digits ’size can be compatible, supporting computer communications, wireless, infrared remote control and RF remote control.
2 Features
2.1The products have much more stable performance through hundreds of tests ,detail improvements and 2 times upgrading and updating the previous.
2.2 With PWM highly brightness adjustment function, the brightness levels were divided into seven, one is the darkest ,and seven is the brightest.
Adjustment methods are as following :
A . The brightness could be automatically adjusted according to the environment.
B . The brightness could be controlled by the wireless remoter.
C. The brightness could be controlled by the computer software.
2.3 Multi-types controller:
A. Wireless RF remote control
B. Infrared remote control(alternative)
C. Associated with the computer, with RS422 communication, controlled by the computer software, then the transmission distance could up to 1000meters.
D. External USB wireless module, through the remote computer control, the transmission distance could up to 800meters
E We could provide the agreements for customers to self free development.
2.4No installation, the interface is simple,can display any country’s languages. Because of the green PC communications software, never influence to the environment.
2.5Computer operating system requirements: Windows-xp, Windows-vista, Windows7.
2.6 The circuit with double-layer PCB, effectively reducing the bad welding.
2.7 All the material have been tested under the lower and higher temperature environments ,all the gas price signs could be work between -40degree to +80 degree in stable operation.
2.8 Controller card could be independently replaced and maintenance is very simple and convenient, so product’s stability is increasing.
2.9 All the controller card with three anti-spray painting ,could be easily coping with the harsh climatic conditions.
2.10 Displaying:''0,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,decimal points and spaces.
2.11 each series could connect 32 pieces 8inches digits at maximum.
2.12 All sizes are complete, could meet most of the client’s requirements. We also can design the customized sizes in different dimensions for all the clients.
2.13 If you need double sides, three sides and four sides ,no need to change the wiring, could be handle by setting the remote controller or setting the software. With these methods, we could greatly reduce the difficulty of the construction and facilitate to the future maintenance.
