CQB-G Series Magnetic Drive Pump

CQB-G uses multiple circulating cooling structure to ensure the dependability and stability of prime mover and magnetic drive. Meanwhile, pin coupling is used to reduce the noise and vibration of pump. The detachable type and pin coupling makes the structure of pump longer, which is good for heat dissipation. Moreover, to make repair and replacement of spare much easier, a heat dissipation fan blade is designed on the outer rotor of pump to ensure the stability of magnet steel. This series of pumps are applicable for high temperature mediums, with service temperature≤300°C

3. Generally made of motor, magnetic coupler, water cooling unit and corrosion resisting centrifugal pump4. The flow throught parts can be stainless steel 304,304L,302,312,316,316L,UB6,CD4MCU, titanium alloy and ultratek etc, to meet different requirements.

5. Applicable for transfer of various high temperature liquid for acid, alkali, oil, rare metal, poison and volatile etc, especially for flammable and explosive liquid

6. For the liquids without solid particle and fibre that system working pressure ≤1.6Mpa, temperature ≤ 280°c, densety ≤1840kf/m_{3 and viscosity ≤ 32cm2/s}
