Features and benefits
1. The sand washer is widely used in washing sand and dehydrating water of the manufactured sand in traditional wet processing craft; however, the loss of the fine manufactured sand almost can not be controlled. SS series sand collecting system can nicely solve the difficult problem of high finess sand modulus and low powder content.
2. The vibrating screen uses polyurethane mesh, which has longer life and is uneasy to be blocked.
3. Polyurethane in the cyclone has improved the life of the whole equipment, which enables to finish the job of slurry concentration and liquid clarification.
4. The maximum fine grain materials quantity recovered from the total effluent is 85%, so it has the incomparable technology and economy advantage.
5. As the fine sand is recovered efficiently, the workload of sedimentation tank is reduced, and so does its clean cost.
6. The nature stock time of the fine sand is reduced, so it can be sold immediately.

Working principle
1.Structure: The system is composed of motor, pump, cyclone, vibrating, pool, recycling box.
2.Working procedure: The compound of sand and water is transported to cyclone, the sand that centrifugal classification concentrate is provided to the vibrating screen by the heavy grit, and sand and water are effectively separated after vibrating screen dehydration. Through recycling box, fine sand and mud and so on are transported again to the pool, and then they are exhausted from the exit when the liquid surface of pool is too high. The material weight concentration recovered by the vibrating screen is 70%—80%.Adjusting fineness module may come true by changing the pump rotation rate, changing pulp concentration, adjusting the flooding water yield, or changing the grit mouth, and then fulfills its three functions-washing ,dehydration and screening.
Brief introduction
Most of the production line of manufacturing sand at present use wet production technology. Regardless adopting any style of the sand washers, its biggest weakness is that fine sand(≤0.16mm)runs off seriously,some even up to more than 20%, which not only will decrease the yield, but also seriously influence the sand gradation, resulting in the gradation being not reasonable, the finess module being partial to thick and largely lowering the product quality of manufactured sand. Too many fine sands exhausted will also result in the pollution of the environment.
In order to solve the above problems, we research and manufacture the SS series sand collecting system, which is designed by absorbing the world advanced technology and under the consideration of features of different sand powder. It is used widely in aggregate processing system of raw glass material, the production line of manufactured sand and so on, and can solve the fine sand recovery problems.
