Application: it is mainly used for lifting molten metal and foundry location.
Brief introduction: Its configured lifting mechanism is model YH1/2 electric hoist for metallurgy, hoisting capacity ≤10t. Main girder bottom of crane adopts special heat insulation disposal. Working environment temperature is 10°C~60°C, relative humidity is ≤50% in 40°C.design and manufacture of crane meet the requirements of AQSIQ Doc# (2007) 375. the requirements of AQSIQ Doc# (2007) 375. Other situations that lift fusion non-metallic material or hot solid metal can refer.
Unique features:
1, Suitable to work in High temperature environment;
2, The crane is of work duty M5; hoisting mechanism adopts electric hoist special for metallurgy, whose work duty is M6; travelling mechanism is of M5 work duty;
3, Double Brakes (with Safety Brake). The safety brake does not work when the first brake work normally; but it will work automatically and instantly, when the lifting weight drops suddenly, because the first brake is broken, or other parts broken;
4, Double Hoisting Limit Switches. When the first limit switch is broken, the second one will work instantly.
5, There is overload limit switch.
6, There is high temperature heat protection system, reducing the thermal radiation from the heat source.
7, Electric cable is of high temperature resistance.
8, Steel wire rope is of high temperature resistance.
9, Electric motor is of protection Class H---high temperature resistance.
