Specification We have :
1. Moisture 14% max, Admixture 0.15% max, Broken 5% max, Unhulled 0.15% max.
2. Packing in 25/50 KG PP bag , or 900g Plastic bag.
3. Processing : Firstly we select from the whole black buckwheat, then put them into steam autoClave at 135 degree for half hours, and dried them, then hulled the husk. After that we will select it by color machine by get rid of the unhulled kernel . Packed and prepare for the shipment.
