What is Coagulation Tube?
Coagulation Tube filled with buffered tri-sodium citrate solution and citrate concentrations of either 0.109mol/L (3.2%) or 0.129mol/L (3.8%). The mixing ratio is 1part citrate solution with 9 parts blood. Coagulation Tube is used for blood collection coagulation mechanism tests, it can provide anexcellent condition for the test of PT, APTT values.
