Processing of hot dip galvanized steel wire:
Confirm customers' requirements → Choose steel wire rod → Wire drawing → other processes before hot dip galvanizing → hot dip galvanizing → other processes → Inspection → packing → Delivery.
They can be completed in one continuous hot dip galvanizing line. We also have vertical pit furnace for special low carbon steel wire (<400Mpa).
